Refund policy
30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@camaco.com.au
Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you can return your item for a refund, exchange or store credit will be given, provided it meets our Return Conditions (see below). The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
Conditions for Returns: To be accepted for return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant, or washing powder.
- Be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter, and pet hair.
Faulty Item Policy: If you believe an item is faulty, contact our support team within 30 days of purchase with images for inspection. Faulty items will be exchanged if in stock; otherwise, a refund will be issued. Please be advised that items outside of the 30-day period will not be considered under our Faulty Item Policy and therefore are not eligible for exchange/store credit. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy to maintain a fair and efficient process for all our customers.
Exchanges: You may exchange an item for a different size or product. Exchange items will be sent once your return is processed. If the exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
Return for Store Credit: You can also opt to return your item for store credit, issued as a Gift Card. Store Credit is valid for 1 year from issuance and will be emailed to your original email address.
